☆Terms of Service☆

✨Rules ✨

✨ You must be 13+ to commission me, 16+ to commission suggestive art and 18+ for nsfw commissions
✨ If you use the art i drew or gif i made for you, credit me, don't claim that you made it or you won't be allowed to commission me EVER again due to art theft
✨ I have every right to refuse a commission either with or without reason
✨ The art or animation will not be started until i get the full payment, no exceptions, i don't wanna get scammed
✨ Please stay active with me during the commission after payment, i won't tolerate being commissioned and than being blocked either during or after the process, if you do this, you won't be refunded and won't be allowed to commission me again
✨ Refunds can only be done during or before the process , be straight up about this
✨If anything you want me to draw goes against my tos (anything weird or strange), you will be blocked and won't be allowed to commission me for art or animations or ychs ever again.
✨ I'm a person who has a life outside of the internet, i may take a bit to get to your commission, so please don't nag or bother me just for constant updates, i'm not used to schedules but i may try to keep you updated on the commission frequently or daily, i may end up finishing the commission in a day if i have crazy motivation
✨ You must be 18+ to commission NSFW art from me, the characters MUST be consenting adults
✨ For suggestive art, you must be 16+ to commission this kind of art from me, if you want an nsfw version, you must be either 18 or wait until you are 18
✨ Please don't complain about my commission prices, i'll most likely either ignore or block you
✨ Don't use my art or animations for AI Shit, this involves anything AI (I hate that shit, ai art is not real art)
✨Changes won't be made once i'm onto the lineart, be specific on what you want please✨I may update my tos if i feel the need to or if necessary, please keep that in mind✨
